IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Communication:

All communication will be through the Signal app. Please download the Signal app on your phone.

Volunteering Timing:

11 A.M to 2 P.M In–Person at Saraswati Vidyalaya

11 AM to 12 PM: Hinduism and shloka class (mandatory). No Volunteering hours will be given for this period.

12 PM to 2 PM: Community Service activities where skills are taught to make Products, and these products are given to charitable organizations that need them. .

The Parents will buy tools for all the Activities.

Parents have to buy the materials for the following activities:

Balloon Twisting (Balloons and pump)
Drawing and Painting (paint and brushes)
Hat Making
Jig for making Bracelet
Quilling tools for quilling

Link will be provided to purchase the items.

Youth should know drawing to in the Canvas Painting Activity.
This activity has a selection process. If not selected, you have the
option to choose some other activity. IT IS VIRTUAL.
For “Virtual” activities, there will be no Hinduism Class.
** If you live far away from the Guruvayoorappan Temple, please do not apply for Canvas
painting as you need to pick up materials and drop off the Canvas *
